Strength of Inner Peace

“What lies behind us and
what lies before us are tiny matters
compared to what lies within us.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson

AJOITE

Scientific Properties: Ajoite is an attractive copper silicate mineral that is named for its type locality in the Ajo District of Pima County, Arizona. It is a secondary mineral that forms from the oxidation of other secondary copper minerals. Ajoite forms excellent microcrystal specimens. The small prismatic crystals are often arranged in tufts with an almost aquamarine-like blue green color. It is associated with other rare and colorful minerals such as shattuckite, copper, papagoite and plancheite; which makes specimens even more attractive. The color variety in a single multi-mineral specimen is sometimes surreal. Massive samples of ajoite are also unique and are sometimes carved or tumbled and can be used as an ornamental stone. Ajoite’s classification as a phyllosilicate is questionable as its true structure is as yet unknown. More Facts

Mystical Properties: Traditionally Ajoite is a stone of peace and harmony. It can help release and overcome sorrow, anger, fear, and heal old emotional wounds. Ajoite also helps connect to the Higher Self and God/Universe/Goddess/All That Is. It is excellent for meditation, and can remove and release negative energies from the physical, emotional, and ethereal bodies. It acts as a stone of transformation, bringing change and growth in a spirit of love. More Properties

Jar of Hearts

“Let my soul smile through my heart
and my heart smile through my eyes,
that I may scatter rich smiles in sad hearts.”

Paramahansa Yogananda

Loving Assortment

“If you may count every drop of water in the ocean
and count every grain of sand in the sea –
multiply it by a thousand and that’s how much I love you.”

George of Langkloof

Washin Over Stone

“Don’t take anything personally.
Nothing others do is because of you.
What others say and do is a
projection of their own reality,
their own dream.
When you are immune to the opinions
and actions of others,
you won’t be the victim of needless suffering.”

Don Miguel Ruiz

Two of A Kind

“Kindness in words creates confidence.
Kindness in thinking creates profoundness.
Kindness in giving creates love.”
Lao Tzu

Be Kind

And for those wondering what kind of stone is displayed, this photo captures two different shades of the same calcium rich heulandite mined from the Rat’s Nest Claim in Idaho, more info at this link. They formed together, in close proximity, yet their trace minerals made them distinctly different in color. Depending on the device/screen you view the photo with, you may, or may not, be able to see one is a milky white shade and the other is slightly pink.

Timeless Fractal

“As you continue to send out love,
the energy returns to you in a regenerating spiral…
As love accumulates, it keeps your system in
balance and harmony. Love is the tool,
and more love is the end product.”

Sara Paddison

Probability of Love

“All these things shall love do unto you
that you may know the secrets of your heart.”

Rumi

There comes a point in one’s life when you begin to doubt the probability of love, when you see your broken heart and/or self and the games of chance as a burden… a time when you are just done with them. And that’s the precise moment you find the key to set them free…

Beautiful Forces

“There is a force in the universe,
which, if we permit it, will flow through us
and produce miraculous results.”

Mahatma Gandhi

Beauty Transformed

“As you simplify your life,
the laws of the universe will be simpler;
solitude will not be solitude,
poverty will not be poverty,
nor weakness weakness.”

Henry David Thoreau

CHAROITE… “stimulates the ability to integrate rapidly changing energies, which can be the result of shocking circumstances on earth or effects from off-planet energies such as astrological cycles and discoveries in astronomy… Charoite contains power in subtlety, the majesty of being able to evoke increasing levels of awareness based on being able to integrate increasing complexity of insight. While it encourages depth of surrender and search, it opens to larger fields of beauty and truth. Charoite speaks naturally of bridging what is viewed as wild and unattainable, even threatening in its prospect, with what is most real, most whole and most visceral within the self. Therefore, it occupies a position of being on the edge where diverse realities meet, share and integrate to create new species of thought, artistic expression, and eras of human endeavor.” Crystalline Communion 2000, Collen Marquist & Jack Frasl

Scientific Properties: Charoite is an unusual mineral of quite rare occurrence. It is found today only in one location, along the Chary River at Aldan in Russia. It formed from an alteration of limestones by the close presences of an alkali-rich nephline syenite intrusion. It is the heat, the pressure and more importantly, the infusion of unique chemicals into the rock that is responsible for the transformations into completely new minerals such as charoite. Why charoite has not been found in other locations is not fully understood, but is is probably due to a combination of a chemically unique limestone reacting with a chemically unique intrusion and subjected to unique physical conditions. More Information

Mystical Properties: Charoite is often called a ‘stone of transformation’ as well as a stone of power. In particular it transforms negative emotions such as anger and fear into positive feelings. As a part of the transformation process it allows release of those negative emotions, so one can change and move forward. More Properties

We are all gems… with Faith

“Faith is indeed the energy of our whole universe directed to the highest form of being. Faith gives stability to our view of the universe. By faith we are convinced that our impressions of things without are not dreams or delusions but for us true representations of our environment. By faith we are convinced that the signs of permanence order progress which we observe in nature are true. By faith we are convinced that fellowship is possible with our fellow man and with God.”

Brook Foss Westcott

Put another way…

“There is no such thing as a lack of faith. We all have plenty of faith, it’s just that we have faith in the wrong things. We have faith in what can’t be done rather than what can be done. We have faith in lack rather than abundance but there is no lack of faith. Faith is a law.”

Eric Butterworth

What you place your faith in, becomes your reality… be wise and select carefully.
