This video may save your life … stress does not affect the body the way we’ve been led to believe and the belief that ‘stress’ kills, is in fact the culprit!
“When you choose to view your stress response as helpful, you create the biology of courage. And when you choose to connect with others under stress, you can create resilience. … Stress gives us access to our hearts. The compassionate heart, that finds joy and meaning in connecting with others. And yes, your pounding physical heart, working so hard to give you strength and energy. And when we choose to view stress in this way, you’re not just getting better at stress, you’re actually making a pretty profound statement. You’re saying that you can trust yourself to handle life’s challenges and you’re remembering you don’t have to face them alone.”
Kelly McGonigal
For the first time in my life I get how I managed to make it through so much ‘stress’ and have such a BIG heart … I literally believed that final statement, with all my being. Funny thing is, I’ve been stressing about how much stress this coming year is forecasting … I’ve made choices in order to literally limit the stress in my life. Now I get to embrace it with all my heart!!! Whoooo Hoooo! Bring on the Year of The Wooden Horse … this is going to be an amazing ride!!!
Love.

“The unfortunate — the fools — are those men who, for some reason best known to themselves, — probably on account of their exaggerated estimation of what is to be lost in the process — would like to stop it. The privileged ones — the wise — are those few who, being fully aware of the increasing worthlessness of present-day mankind and of its much-applauded “progress,” know how little there is to be lost in the coming crash and look forward to it with joyous expectation as to the necessary condition of a new beginning — a new “Golden Age,” sunlit crest of the next long drawn downward wave upon the surface of the endless Ocean of Life.”
Savitri Devi

“Daffodils that come before the swallow dares,
and takes the winds of March with beauty.”
William Shakespeare
